As we stated our focus is the individual students success, and we are devoted to 360 degrees of this success. Financial literacy will be a major component as we strive to not only teach students how to success but how to leverage that success in their personal lives.

Quality

Quality of training, coaching and mentoring is vital to keeping a program successfull. We commit to post program reviews quarterly allowing TradesUp to adapt to new technology and training advances. Quality will be a staple of TradesUp's functioning core values.

Efficiency

We pride ourselves in our commitment to the community and the students in it. We as a program will continue to strive for increased efficiency in our interactions, programs and community outreach. This means continued interactions with the people, committed continuous improvement with the process and periodic evaluation of progress.

TradesUp wants to foster life long relationships with our students and communities. This will mean that we don't stop support once the program ends, we commit to leveraging our influence in job placements and lobbying for hire wages for our students.
